Choosing the right pipeline

Rubber hose is flexible — ideal for the dredger side, tight bends, and dynamic sections. HDPE pipe is rigid and long-distance — ideal for shore lines and floating trains. Most projects use both: rubber at the pump, HDPE across distance. We can help you determine the right combination for your site.

Self-floating hose has a built-in foam floatation layer — it floats on its own. It's flexible and works well for short floating sections and areas with wave movement. HDPE pipe with floaters is rigid — it's used for long, straight floating trains. The two are often combined: self-floating hose for the flexible connections, HDPE with floaters for the long run.

We size the floats based on your pipe diameter, wall thickness, and the media being conveyed. The floaters are bolted onto the HDPE pipe at calculated intervals to keep the pipeline riding at the correct buoyancy level — even in open sea conditions. We provide the spacing plan and anchor layout as part of our engineering package.

Rubber hose DN 150–DN 600, HDPE dredging pipe DN 110–DN 1600, and matching pipe floaters for DN 200–DN 1200. Non-standard sizes are quoted on request.

Ordering and lead time

Typical lead time is 25–45 days after order confirmation, depending on quantity and specification. For urgent projects, we can expedite — contact us to confirm.

Yes. We manufacture to your project drawings. For rubber hose, custom diameters up to φ1600 mm are available. For HDPE pipe, we cover DN 110–DN 1600 with custom lengths and pressure ratings. Send us your drawing, we'll quote it.

Yes. That's exactly what we do. We supply the full pipeline system — suction hose, discharge hose, HDPE pipe, self-floating hose, and floaters — all coordinated to work together. One partner, one spec sheet, one delivery.

We can reach out to your equipment supplier directly — with your permission — to get the exact flange size, pressure rating, and connection spec. This ensures the hose or pipe we supply matches your pump outlet perfectly. No guesswork, no on-site rework.

Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit and 70% against B/L copy. LC at sight is also supported for larger orders. Long-term partners often move to open-account terms after several successful shipments.

Manufacturing and quality

Yes. Hydrostatic, adhesion and burst tests can be scheduled for client or third-party witness (SGS / BV / TÜV). We coordinate the visit and provide safety induction on arrival.

Yes. We can adjust rubber compound formulations for specific slurry conditions — higher abrasion resistance, oil resistance, or temperature tolerance. Minimum order quantity applies.

Every batch is assigned a unique lot number. Raw material certificates, production records and test reports are all linked to that lot number — fully traceable from raw material to delivery.

We stand behind our product. If a defect is confirmed, we arrange a replacement or repair solution immediately — including on-site support if needed. Our goal is to keep your project running.

Shipping and on-site support

Yes. We provide customised packaging — steel frames, wooden crates, shrink-wrap, waterproof covering — and loading plans for project cargo, break-bulk, and container shipments.

Yes. On-site installation guidance, technical follow-up, and spare parts support are available as part of our service package. We want the pipeline to run — not just ship it and disappear.

Yes. We keep records of every order. When you need spare sections, replacement floaters, or repair parts, we can pull your original spec and supply matching components — no need to re-engineer from scratch.

Send us your site conditions — media, distance, pipe diameter (if known), and pump pressure. We'll size the line, send you a technical drawing, and provide a spec-matched quote. If you're not sure about the numbers, send what you have — we'll work it out together.
