Sand Suction Rubber Hose
Steel-wire reinforced suction hose — anti-vacuum, anti-kink for pump service.
Heartwork SRH sand suction rubber hose connects the dredger suction mouth to the pump under full negative pressure. High-strength spiral steel wire reinforcement prevents vacuum collapse, while a 10–22 mm wear-resistant NBR liner (thickness grows with bore) handles sediment, mud and gravel at the ladder.

Key Features
Why field crews specify Heartwork
Vacuum -0.8 bar
Spiral steel wire reinforcement holds full vacuum without collapse or kinking.
10–22mm liner
Wear-resistant synthetic rubber liner scales with bore — extended life on abrasive slurry.
Sea-water safe
Weather, ozone and seawater resistant cover with UV-stable orange spiral stripes.
Any end fitting
Flanged, non-flanged or steel sleeve — fixed/loose flanges, quick couplings or mixed.
Variants In This Line
Choose the configuration that fits your job
01
Flanged Suction Hose
Fixed flange ends for leak-tight bolt-together suction lines.
02
Non-Flanged (Plain End)
Field-fitted couplings for flexible layouts and quick maintenance.
03
Steel Sleeve End
Sleeved ends for heavy-duty banded clamp connections at the pump.
