Pipe Floater
MDPE shell, PU foam filled — ideal replacement for traditional steel buoys.
Heartwork FLT pipe floater features a tough medium-density polyethylene shell filled with high-strength polyurethane foam. With a rational structure and superior performance, it serves as an ideal replacement for traditional steel buoys for offshore dredging pipelines — clamping around DN 200–1200 pipe in matched pairs with M12 stainless bolts.

Key Features
Why field crews specify Heartwork
Impact tolerant
Excellent toughness and impact resistance — perfectly applicable for offshore construction.
Lightweight handling
Reduces transportation and migration costs versus steel buoys — no crane for installation.
Wear & corrosion resistant
Outstanding wear and corrosion resistance — a much longer service life than steel.
PU-foam filled
MDPE shell filled with high-strength polyurethane foam — punctures do not sink the pipeline.
