Choose the equipment first
Up to DN 400, standard 40'HQ containers with nested pipe give the best freight cost. Above DN 500, open-top or flat-rack becomes unavoidable.
Nesting and bundling
Smaller diameters are nested inside larger ones and strapped in cradles; floaters ship as clamshell halves stacked into each other, roughly halving their shipping volume.
Documents and marking
Every bundle is tagged with DN, SDR/PN, batch and project reference so site crews can build the train in sequence without unpacking everything.
